BARAN LONDON currently offers our Luxury Organic Anti-Aging Facial Oil — 30ml through our website.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Product packaging may occasionally be updated while the formulation remains unchanged. Where a material change affects the product, appropriate information will be provided.

Prices may change from time to time, but a later price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.
BARAN LONDON is currently not VAT registered.
6. Payment

Payment services may be provided by independent payment providers.
You must provide accurate payment and billing information and be authorised to use the payment method selected.
We do not require you to provide your complete payment-card information directly to BARAN LONDON. Payment information is processed through our payment service providers.
7. Delivery
UK delivery information, including available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges, will be displayed before you complete your order.
Our current standard UK delivery estimate is generally 2–4 business days following dispatch, and qualifying BARAN LONDON orders currently receive free UK standard delivery.
International delivery options, where available, will be shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Pre-Orders
If BARAN LONDON Anti-Aging Facial Oil is offered as a pre-order, the expected dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated before purchase.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product will not be dispatched immediately.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to exceptions provided by law.
You do not normally need to provide a reason for cancelling.
After notifying us of a qualifying cancellation, you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

10. Sealed Cosmetics and Hygiene
BARAN LONDON Anti-Ageing Facial Oil is a cosmetic and personal-care product.
Where a product has been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, your statutory right to cancel may be lost once the product has been unsealed after delivery.
Under our additional voluntary 30-day return policy, change-of-mind returns must therefore be unopened, unused and have any hygiene or protective seal intact.
This restriction does not affect your legal rights where a product is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrectly supplied
- Not as described
- Otherwise not in conformity with your statutory rights

11. Faulty or Damaged Products
Products supplied by BARAN LONDON must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

12. Refunds
Eligible refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

13. International Orders
Where international delivery is available, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
